CHILDREN'S AID AFGHANISTAN is a private initiative of the Regensburg family Dr. medical Reinhard and Annette Erös and their five adult children. As a former military doctor in Afghanistan during the Russian/USSR rule, Mr. Erös helped the Afghans primarily medically. His family initiative, which is still active today, was launched in 1998 and primarily supports children and women, even today, 2023, in Afghanistan with school and medical projects, 30 schools, tens of thousands of students.
