First Corona, then the Ukraine war, the energy crisis, the ongoing price pressure and last but not least the increased interest rates changed actions and events in almost all asset classes to an extent that the local markets have not experienced for many years.
Our task: take a closer look and there are differences. The area of \u200b\u200bexisting properties is gaining a stronger position due to the declining new construction activity and the influx. There are also changes on the buyer side: the institutional investors who have been very active in the market and who have pushed up prices are holding back, which means that private customers and foreign investors are increasingly coming into play again.
Das Jahr 23 sehen wir optimistisch. Transaktionen finden ja nach wie vor statt. In einzelnen Bereichen k\u00f6nnten die Preise weiter leicht absinken, sollten sich die aktuellen Marktbedingungen fortsetzen. Nicht so im Handelsimmobilien-Segment: hier stagnieren die Preise.
